This group acts as the contract marketing arm of various lenders and solicits business from mortgage brokers, bankers and others for loan programs offered by these lenders and banks. We design and implement marketing and business generation programs on a completely paper free platform. We used permission based email, fax and web services and do not “spam” market.

Special Projects, Acquisitions, dispositions and workouts are some of the areas where property owners will need expertise and/or experience you probably do not have on staff. There are two main reasons we get involved. The first is from a time standpoint; let us handle some of these issues as your advisor while you run your business. The second is somewhat more delicate. Also in some delicate situations, you might need a outside person to perhaps handle difficult or complex negotiations more forcefully than you might care to.

In some cases, we are retained to act as a manager for bids in areas we work. It is beneficial to have someone put your banking, loan, leasing or real estate package together and shop the marketplace for you, without the conflict of interest of being commission based.
In troubled business situation we can assist in negotiations with creditors and debtors and working with a team of affiliated accounting and legal advisors work through practically any business situation that may arise.

Our services are billed at an hourly rate of $95.00 per hour, or we can offer a “per project” rate plus agreed upon expenses such as travel. Outside counsel and other professionals have their own rates and you will be fully advised of any of these charges prior to incurring them and they alone will be responsible for their work. We will provide an estimate and fee cap on every project. We require a retainer prior to starting work.
