Delta Plus Financial Services works on behalf of business owners and entrepreneurs to add Capital to Creativity and transform the goals and vision of business owners into the language of the capital markets. All of our business segments roughly involve the creation, purchase or sale of financial instruments.

Our Commercial Mortgage Group provides financing for Commercial Properties from $1,000,000 and up.

Our Whole Loan Trading Group buys and sells closed loans, either performing or non-performing. Some of these purchases are for our own account; some are then repackaged and sold to investors.

Our Main Street America Program is a small commercial loan program aimed at loans under $1,000,000

Our Consulting Services and Marketing Group acts as the contract marketing arm of various lenders and solicits business from mortgage brokers, bankers and others for loan programs offered by these lenders and banks. In addition to those services we also work with business owners to develop business plans, work out plans and act as an outside CFO in working with mergers, acquisitions and special projects which require skills and experience not available on staff.
